Rental prices vary dependent on seasonality, as does the minimum number of nights required. The Annex is available for rental year-round.

High Season June 15th - September 15th $650.00/night *Minimum 5 night stay $4095.00/week	Shoulder Season May 1st - June 15th & September 15th - October 30th $550.00/night *Minimum 3 night stay $3450.00/week	Low Season November 1st - April 30th $450.00/night *Minimum 2 night stay $2850.00/week
